STEP 1 - Start Consult & Make Selection

Getting started is easy! Simply reach out to us today to schedule a complimentary consultation. Our team is ready to answer your questions, discuss your needs, and guide you through the process of receiving unparalleled at-home care.

Our Home-Care-Response team Nurse will conduct a home assessment. At this time, your Care Plan is drafted-which will include recommended safety measures, treatment options, and other special conditions that will become a part of your Care Plan.

Companion Care

We always put our focus on our customers. We want you to find the service that perfectly suits your needs, which is why we offer comprehensive consulting services to help you make an informed decision.

Meal Prep & Homemaking

Our aim is that you are completely satisfied with our home care services. That’s why we not only provide professional advice before you choose.

Nurse Care

Care at home services, we regularly offer industry-relevant training programs and workshops. Our licensed and certified caregivers have many years of experience in their specialty areas and enjoy to serve our patients with their expert knowledge. 

PSW Care

At home care - everything we do centres on providing services of the highest level of quality. We won’t stop until you’re 100% satisfied – that’s a guarantee. We are also there to help serve as reliable support.

STEP 2 - Review Plan & Sign Agreement

Once the care plan has been developed, you will be given information from our Home-Care-Response team for any available subsidy coverage options, and a service schedule. Based on discussion and plans of action from family, other care partners and home health care agencies.

Accept Terms and Conditions / Sign Electronic Service Agreement 
Once the signed agreement/contract is received, an email will be sent confirming coverage and start date. At this point your preferred payment method will be processed for account activation. 

STEP 3 - Select Payment - Service Deployment

Upon acceptance of the service agreement, we will deploy active services based on care plan schedule. During this stage we will continue to provide ongoing feedback of patient response to treatment and recommendations for improvements

INTERAC e-Transfer

Credit Card | Online 

Pay with Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. 

A 3.4% fee is applied to all credit card payments.

Direct Bank Payment

Over the Phone Payment
